Hospitality and Charm
In the charming atmosphere of Villa de' Fabris it is possible to organize ceremonies, banquets, cultural and commercial events.
The Villa is particularly suitable for organizing events in full autonomy.
The Ballroom
The ballroom is accessible through the external and internal staircases. The ballroom measures approximately 150 square meters, and can accommodate banquets for up to 120 people.
The hall has a light and dark grey Venetian floor, walls decorated in shades of pink with precious white stuccoes. The ballroom features an ancient portrait of King of Poland Michael I.
The windows are embellished by elegant curtains. Adjacent to the ballroom, the Fireplace Hall and the Library Hall can be exploited as areas where to relax, change clothes or as wardrobes.
Rooms for food catering are also available on the same floor.
The Garden
Enclosed within the original walls, the typical Italian garden features particularly valuable species such as ancient yews and ginkgo biloba, magnolias, lime trees, laurels, horse chestnuts, hackberries and a corner of fresh bamboo.
White hydrangeas together with boxwoods and other bushes decorate some areas, while rose gardens and begonias are present in the flowerbeds adjacent to the buildings. The suggestive garden is perfect for the photoshoot of the newlywed couple for a beautiful album to remember the day. Near the entrance to the Villa, a large open space delimited by two lampposts allows setting up tables and decorations for receptions. The central fountain is home to some cute goldfish.
The Chapel
Adjacent to the lemon house and the main body of the Villa, the chapel is still consecrated today and can be used for religious weddings.
Simple and intimate, it features a wooden altar dating back to the early 1900s of Hungarian craftsmanship.
The ceiling is adorned with precious white stucco and gold designs, and the gray Venetian terrazzo floor, along with wooden benches, creates a particularly welcoming environment suitable for ceremonies with up to 20-25 participants indoors.
The Cellars
Access to the ancient cellars of the Villa is available from the covered portico, which was renovated in September 2023 to host ceremonies and events for up to 150 people.
The Services
Villa Marchese de' Fabris is the ideal venue for weddings, anniversaries, parties, cultural events, and corporate celebrations. In the ballroom, banquets for up to 120 people can be accommodated, while in the cellars, up to 150 seated guests can be accommodated. Approximately 100 standing guests can be hosted in the covered portico.
The garden offers a wide space for elegant receptions or cocktails and can also serve as a venue for summer events, intimate concerts, or cultural gatherings. Kitchen facilities are available on the same floor as the celebration hall.
